GOLD COAST RETAIL SHOPPING CENTRE
Delivered a comprehensive external wash of a major retail shopping
centre located on the Gold Coast.
The project incorporated a combination of drone-assisted cleaning and
ground-based operations, enabling efficient access to all façade areas.
The scope of works included window cleaning, shade sail washing, and
treatment of moulded concrete façades.
All works were undertaken across multiple night shifts to minimise
disruption to trading operations.
The project achieved outstanding results, exceeding client expectations and enabling the deferral of planned repainting works for several years.
INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE (COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL)
Delivered a make-good external clean for a 14,000 sqm industrial
warehouse under management by Colliers International.
Scope included a comprehensive wash of the façade, awnings, roller doors, and office areas, utilising a combination of drone-assisted cleaning and ground-based crews.
The project was completed within two days, effectively removing dust,
mould, and cobweb buildup and presenting the facility in lease-ready
condition for a new tenant.
Sydney Catholic Schools
Undertook roof and awning cleaning works across two school campuses within the Sydney Catholic Schools network.
The project was completed using drone-assisted cleaning technology to ensure safe and efficient access to elevated areas.
All surfaces were treated with a post-clean “moss and mould” protection application to inhibit future organic growth and extend the lifespan of the cleaned surfaces.
Allianz Stadium - Moore Park, NSW
Aero Wash Australia is delivering ongoing high-level cleaning works at Allianz Stadium, supporting the maintenance of the stadium roof structure. Initial works included the wash down of roof structural corner beams, removing built-up dust and construction-related grime.
As part of the continuing programme, Aero Wash has recently undertaken drone-assisted cleaning of the stadium roof membrane, washing the underside of the fabric structure to remove environmental build-up and maintain the performance and presentation of the roof system.
These works involve complex operations flying beneath the stadium roof above grandstand seating, requiring detailed planning and experienced operators to deliver the works safely and efficiently. Activities have been coordinated around live stadium operations, including turf remediation works, maintenance contractors, and corporate events.
Griffith University Village - Gold Coast
Aero Wash Australia was engaged to deliver a multi-year pre-paint wash
program across eight student accommodation buildings within the Griffith University Villages campus as part of the Campus Living Villages portfolio.
The scope included comprehensive exterior cleaning and window washing prior to repainting works, completed in coordination with our coatings delivery partner to ensure optimal surface preparation and paint adhesion.
Following the initial pre-paint works, Aero Wash has been appointed to
provide an ongoing annual building and window wash program over a 10-
year term, supporting long-term asset presentation and compliance with paint warranty requirements.
Works are delivered using a combination of drone-assisted cleaning and
ground-based methods, enabling safe, efficient access to all elevations while minimising disruption to students and campus operations.
Aero Wash was engaged as an alternative to traditional height access
methods, providing an innovative solution that delivered improved safety outcomes, reduced site impact, and consistent results across the portfolio, in close coordination with the client-appointed coatings contractor.
